If your profile is locked, you have certainly not followed our community rules. You can find an overview of our rules of conduct here. Please check your email inbox. Often the reason for the blocking can be found in an email sent by us.
But there can be other reasons as well.
For example, we doubt your age information or a complaint was filed against you and it was a reason to block a profile immediately.
Spammers, fakes or users who have been reported several times will be blocked immediately by our staff, so that other users do not feel (further) disturbed. In any case you will receive a notification from us, to which you are welcome to comment.
Tip: If you feel harassed by a member, you can ignore the user. This function is available in your profile settings and can be undone at any time.
