Profiles may be randomly prompted for an authenticity check. This happens routinely and does not constitute harassment.

The authenticity check can also be triggered if you have already registered with your mobile phone number. This is where our spam filter comes in.

So don't panic, everything is fine with your profile.

In order for us to confirm your authenticity, we need a photo from you that shows your face and the palm of your left hand.

Once we have checked and accepted this, you will receive a green tick in your profile, increasing your chances of even more real contacts!
